There’s a moment every server admin dreads. You’re scrolling through Discord or in-game reports and see that message — the one where someone is absolutely losing their mind over something that happened in roleplay. Maybe they got arrested and think it was unfair. Maybe their business deal fell through and they’re convinced someone is targeting them. Maybe they just had a bad day and decided to take it out on your community.

Your stomach drops because you know what comes next. Hours of back-and-forth trying to calm someone down, investigating claims that probably have three different versions depending on who you ask, and somehow trying to resolve a situation where everyone feels wronged. And if you handle it badly, one upset player becomes five upset players, then ten, and suddenly you’re dealing with community drama that makes reality TV look tame.
